The first pilot of WorkingAge, hosted by EXUS and involving teleworkers, is in the deployment phase. The volunteers have received the WorkingAge equipment and are familiarizing themselves with the equipment names, functionality and purpose in the project.
Our pilot volunteers are excited to interact with the system, initially through single-day tests, so that they can familiarize themselves with each sensor, before using the complete WorkingAge system.
Of course, setting up the equipment in users’ homes and private office spaces has its challenges. Both the WorkingAge partners and the volunteers have been flexible and creative, to come up with suitable solutions for mounting the equipment, enabling correct functionality and reducing the obtrusiveness to a minimum.
We look forward to the next phase of the WorkingAge pilot activities!
